Shipping And Return Policy

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TESTING POWDER BEFORE APPLYING THE PRODUCT. POWDER COAT GUN PARTS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH CORRECTING POWDER COATING JOBS.

 

Shipping Information: Next day, 2nd day, express mail, and international shipments - Carriers are not making any delivery guarantees and delays could occur. We will get the package to the carrier on time, but we are not responsible for any carrier delays.

Any errors in shipment or quality issues must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of your shipment.

 

Due to rising shipping, packaging, and credit card processing costs there is a $5 handling fee automatically added to orders. As a courtesy we waive this fee if your order sub-total is under $10

 

Returns:

All returns require a Return Authorization number before they can be returned to Powder Coat Gun Parts. Equipment returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee while all other returns will have a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund total. Please contact Customer Service by emailing admin@powdercoatgun.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. No RAs will be issued after 30 days from date of invoice. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

All returned products will be subject to inspection and evaluation by the applicable department manager. Only after inspection will a decision of whether to issue a credit or not will be determined. Damages, defects or missing documentation may result in denial of credit. If the returned product does not pass inspection, it will not be eligible for credit under any circumstances.

If it does not pass inspection, you will be notified of such via email. Powder Coat Gun Parts will hold products deemed ineligible for return for 15 business days during which the customer may request re-shipment. Customer forfeits right to product or credit if re-shipment instructions are not given within 15 business days.

 

If there is a chargeback filed against a valid order, there is a $25 recovery fee that will be assessed on the order.
